Therefore each civ in the table has 6 favorable matchups, 6 unfavorable matchups and 1 equal matchup. This table assumes that each civ is equally strong. Hence the stronger civs dominate the table while weaker civs lose almost all the time. 2) It is more of a strength table than a matchup table. However there are two issues with the guide 1) It doesn't include the Sioux. I used Goodspeed's civ guide as a starting point. I wanted to make a civ matchup table based on each civ's strengths and weaknesses and what stage of the game favors them.
